I am a self employed window and door repair company. I understand both sides of a repair, as a customer and a service provider. Doug was at his shop on time, completed my Yamaha service in the time frame stated, and for the price he had quoted. I have owned boats for 34 years and use them more than most boat owners. I have been thru multiple bad experiences with other marine repair companies. Not all, but a lot. His shop is clean, organized and has thousands of parts in stock. I HIGHLY recommend BMS to anyone that needs work done or accessories added to a boat. I purchased a skiff that needed a complete re-wire and some accessories added. I did exhaustive research and reached out to five companies. Two never responded, one scheduled a time to come to my house to give me a quote, re-scheduled the quote for the following day and then no-showed without any communication. The fourth company did come to quote the job and quoted more than BMS' total quote for everything for only the re-wire. Doug Brown responded immediately and continuously and did everything he said he would do, when he said he would do it. He gave me a fair quote for everything I wanted done and stayed comfortably within his quote despite finding & fixing unforeseen problems as well as adding even more accessories that I thought of. Full re-wire, replaced hydraulics where needed, new switch panel, new switches, new batteries and trays, cleaned up wiring at helm, mounted electronics and added and wired a trolling motor with lithium battery. Everything was done super clean and the work is impeccable. I'll never go anywhere else to have work done on my boat. Huge thank you to Doug and his crew!

I recently had Doug out for an electrical problem on my Cobia 256. I usually do my own service but this was over my head. I left a message and Doug called me back and after I explained my problem said he was familiar with it. I was impressed by the call back, prompt communication and neat and clean work that was done.
